Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other virtual platforms to address their inquiries and concerns
- Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients
- Stay up to date on industry trends and DP World's offerings to better assist clients
- Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the client experience
