Java Technical Support Engineer

• The Production Support and Maintenance (PSM) Team operates as a critical 24/7 technical service unit within company. As one of our core teams we address and resolve technical issues related to customer complaints encompassing database management Java code servers and various other technical domains.
  
• Manage system operations and maintenance including daily inspections regular data backups and performance tuning.
  
• Conduct daily monitoring alarm detection and routine handling of server operations within the information system quickly diagnosing and resolving network and system failures.
  
• Analyse and resolve code bugs within business systems.
  
• Write database scripts.
  
• Develop and maintain internal team projects.
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in using the Linux operating system and the ability to utilize tools for program tracking and diagnostics.
  
• Familiarity with the installation configuration maintenance and tuning of application servers specifically WebLogic and Tomcat.
  
• Expertise in analysing performance indicators for application servers like WebLogic and troubleshooting related issues.
  
• Experience in system/network security is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in Oracle/MySQL including SQL writing performance optimization data backup and recovery.
  
• Knowledge of the Spring and SpringBoot frameworks a fundamental understanding of Java development and the ability to trace and review Java code.
  
• Experience with middleware technologies such as Kafka Redis and MyBatis.
  
• Proficiency in using development tools such as IDEA or Eclipse and familiarity with opensource tools like Maven SVN and Git.
  
• Strong communication skills both in Chinese and English.
  
• A minimum of 2 years of system operation and maintenance experience or over 1 year of Java software development experience.
