To develop compliance management framework to support the organization in identifying all regulatory requirements across operating jurisdiction.
Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program covering all business operations.
Develop and lead internal policy development framework. Assist in developing and updating organization policies.
To ensure that operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal requirements and internal policies.
Support evaluation of business activities to assess compliance risks.
Facilitate and support respective functions to develop control procedures to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
Promote and maintain the company's ethical standards, code of conduct and other policies.
Coordinating and working with functional compliance leads to develop, review, and monitor compliances.
Develop & implement employee compliance training programs. Ensure all employees are aware & trained in compliance with requirements.
Support management in ongoing monitoring of compliance requirements.
Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.
Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
Keep abreast of change in regulatory landscape, internal standards and business goals.
Attributes:
10-15 years of experience either in Compliance Function or in Risk & Compliance consulting profile.
Professional Qualification in law, finance, business administration
Professional Certification in compliance is preferable.
